We love ourselves a traditional burger, but this Ahi Burger doesn’t come with the same guilt. Say hello to a much lighter (and healthier) alternative.

THE METHOD

COOK IT.

01

Preheat Grill to 400 degrees.

Grill Ahi for 4 minutes on each side.

Spread mixture on both ends of the bun.

Place Ahi on bun.

Top with pea shoots and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Plate and enjoy!
