Combine ingredients for marinade and add chops

Allow chops to marinate for 2-12 hours

Preheat your grill on high then reduce to medium prior to cook

In a small pot, combine ingredients for glaze, except onion and butter, and bring to a boil

Reduce glaze for 12 minutes then remove from heat then whisk in green onion and butter

Cook for 3 minutes per side rotating a quarter between flips for grill marks for a total of 12 minutes

Rest lamb chops for 5 minutes before serving

Serve chops pre glazed or glaze on the plate over rice
