Preheat Grill to 275°F.

Wash green beans and remove the stems. Mix 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and 2 cloves of minced garlic in a bowl.

Wrap 6-8 green beans tightly in a strip of Applewood smoked bacon and season with Louisiana Grills Sweet and Tangy Rub and a sprinkle of brown sugar.

Smoke at 275° F-325° F for approx. 1 hour or until desired doneness.
