COOK IT.
It starts with smoking the Brisket Point for 250°F until it reaches an internal temperature of 190°F. Cut the brisket into cubes, place in a roasting pan and mix with Texas Beef Brisket and Sweet Onion Applewood BBQ Sauce. Then place back on the grill for another 2 hours. Delicious!
If you’re cooking a full brisket, be sure to separate the point end from the flat after it has finished cooking. Then slice against the grain into ¾ inch thick strips. Finally cut the strips into even cubes.-
Turn your grill to ''smoke'' mode, let the fire catch and then set to 250°F.
Place your brisket on the grates, cook for 6 to 7 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F
Remove from the grill and cut into 1-inch cubes. Toss brisket cubes with seasoning and your favorite BBQ sauce into a pan.
Place the pan in the grill for 2 hours, stirring half-way through.
