COOK IT.
Pour the pancakes: Pour about ¼ cup of pancake batter onto the preheated griddle for each pancake.
Add the swirl: Immediately pipe a cinnamon swirl onto each pancake, starting from the center and working outward.
Cook & flip: Once bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to set, flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. The cinnamon swirl will caramelize perfectly!
Make the glaze: Whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth and pourable.
Finish & serve: Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the warm pancakes and serve immediately!
