Baby Back Ribs with Espresso & Grilled Peach BBQ Sauce

As you can probably tell, these aren’t your everyday ribs. No, we’re bringing in espresso and grilled peaches to put a spin on your standard fare.

THE METHOD

COOK IT.

Grill peaches over indirect heat until soft.

Remove peach pits and blend. Then add to mixing bowl with BBQ sauce.

Grill ribs at over indirect heat (300 degrees) for a minimum of 90 minutes, smoking as desired.

Remove ribs and let rest for 5 minutes.

Coat ribs with espresso and grilled peach BBQ sauce.

06

Plate, serve, and enjoy!
