Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl

Place chops in a Ziploc or dish and add marinade

Allow chops to marinate for 30 minutes at room temp or in the fridge for 8 hours

Preheat barbecue on medium high and grease with high smoke point oil

Reduce heat to medium and place chops on grill, reserving marinade

Flip chops every 3 minutes for perfect grill marks

Using a small pot, bring reserved marinade to a boil

Remove chops after 12 minutes of grilling and serve with cooked glaze
