Preheat your gas flat top griddle to medium-high heat.

Add scallops, herbs, oil, salt & pepper to a bowl and mix to coat well.

Place 2-3 scallops on each wooden skewer.

Griddle the skewers on each side for 3-5 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
