Grilled Fruit Salad With Strawberry Jam
THE METHOD

Slice pear, pineapple, apple, and banana into even-sized slices, about 1 cm thick. Separate orange and grapefruit segments. (To make “supremes” similar to the picture, slice off the top and bottom of the orange to create a cylinder, finish removing peel using a knife and slice individual segments out with a paring knife)

Toss fruit with oil and grill on high heat for about 2 minutes per side.

Before removing from heat, baste fruit with honey on both sides.

Layer fruit on a serving tray and top with icing sugar and a dollop of strawberry jam.
