Preheat your grill to 350°F

Grill your hot dogs until they reach your desired color and temperature.

Assemble the hot dogs in the buns and top with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni.

Place hot dogs into a half-size aluminum pan and place back on the grill until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crispy.

Remove from the grill and top with Giardiniera and fresh herbs.
