In a saucepan combine fruit, sugar, and lemon juice and place on side burner at MEDIUM-LOW heat. Cook for roughly 10 minutes or until fruit is nice and soft and releasing natural juices

Pre heat grill on MEDIUM heat then switch to MEDIUM-LOW

Grill pound cake for roughly 3 minutes flipping every 45 seconds until golden brown

Plate pound cake and top with ice-cream then drizzle on berry mixture
