COOK IT.
Pat the chicken wings dry using a paper towel, coat them with cooking oil, and season thoroughly with 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Place your wings on the grill grates, flipping every 3-5 minutes to avoid burnt skin while achieving the perfect crisp.
Cook for 15-20 minutes total, closing the lid in between flips. Once your wings reach an internal temperature of 160°F, remove them from the grill.
Transfer your wings to a mixing bowl, then pour over half the sauce to toss and coat.
Put your wings back on the grill until they reach an internal temperature of 170-175°F for pull-off-the-bone tenderness.
Either toss your wings with the remaining sauce or serve it on the side.
