Hot Smoked Salmon
THE METHOD

COOK IT.

Preheat your grill to MEDIUM heat, approximately 350°F (177°C).

Rub the salmon filet with lemon juice, soya sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper completely.

Place the filet on top of a layer of parchment sitting on top of aluminum foil.

Place directly on the cooking grids.

Smoke at 350°F (177°C) for about 30 minutes or until the filet has reached the desired doneness.
