Mix together ground pork, parsley, chili sauce, salt, and pepper.

Using metal skewers, shape ground pork mixture into sausages around the skewers about 2 cm in diameter.

Grill on high for 15-20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
