Combine ingredients for rub and coat fish well

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours prior to cooking

Preheat your grill on medium heat

Adjust grill heat to medium low and add fish skin side down

Drizzle half the butter sauce onto the fish and grill for 5 minutes

Using a spatula gently lift the fish from the skin

Flip the fish and grill the other side for 5 minutes and drizzle remaining sauce

Remove filets from grill and garnish with lemon slices
