Heat your Louisiana Grill to 250° F.

Coat individual ribs with olive oil, and then cover with Louisiana Grills Black Label Rub.

Place ribs directly on upper rack and allow to smoke for 4.5 hours.

After 4 ½ hours, use Louisiana Grills Pepper Garlic BBQ Sauce to glaze the ribs, and allow to cook for an additional 30 minutes.

Remove and place on a serving board and enjoy!
