Maple Plank Salmon With Herbs
THE METHOD

COOK IT.

Rub salmon with lime zest, cracked peppercorn, cane sugar, and olive oil.

Place salmon filet skin side down on a maple plank and place directly on grids.

Sprinkle herbs over top and bake at 350°F (177°C) for 20-30 minutes or until the desired internal temperature is reached.
