Marinate the pork ribs with garlic, rosemary, chili sauce, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Chop peppers and potatoes into large chunks and season with salt and pepper.

Roast the ribs on the vegetables in a grilling wok or in a roasting pan at 350°F (177°C)

Roast the ribs on top of the peppers and potato wedges for 1-2 hours or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

Brush pan with oil to prevent sticking.
