Slice pork into very thin chop likes pieces

Combine pork and marinade in a bowl

Marinate pork for 1-3 hours

Using the rotis rod and forks skewer your pork

Alternating your pieces between the prongs for balance

After all the pieces have been skewered use the other rotis fork to hold the pieces in place

Add the rotis to the grill and set the rear burner to medium

Put a drip pan under the shawarma after 20 mins

Slowly shave the outside off after 35 mins and continue as pork continues to brown

Once all the pork has reached 160F/71C serve with garnish
