Mix all of the marinade ingredients together in a bowl, whisk thoroughly

Add all of the mushrooms (cleaned) to the marinade and toss thoroughly, let marinade for up to 10 minutes.

Preheat your grill or pellet grill on MEDIUM-HIGH (~500F (260C) to grill the mushrooms directly.

Season the cooking grids with oil immediately before grilling. Grill the mushrooms, move them often to get the appropriate sear marks, grill until soft roughly 10 minutes.
