Turn on the grill, once smoke has started, adjust the grill temperature to >200 ° F: 180 ° F is ideal. Use an instant read IR thermometer to get your reading, or an iQue smart thermometer.

Cool completely and store in an airtight container. Will keep its smoke aroma for up to 3 weeks.
