THE METHOD

COOK IT.

Set your Louisiana Grills grill to 450°F and preheat.

Allow steaks to come to room temperature, and season lightly with Louisiana Grills Prime Steakhouse Rub on both sides.

Place the steaks on the preheated grill and allow for approximately 10 minutes cooking time per side.

While the steaks are on the grill, mix the olive oil, rosemary, sage, salt, and lemon juice and cover.

Once the steaks have reached approx. 122°F, open the sear plate on your Louisiana Grill, and sear them to your desired temperature – We recommend 135°F. Once the steaks reach your desired temperature, remove them from the grill and allow them to rest for 5-10 minutes.

Once rested, drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice mixture over the steaks, and you’re ready to serve. Enjoy!
